For generations, this wisdom was silenced, displaced, or forgotten, but yet, it was never lost. It has been waiting, held in the whenua, carried in our blood and dna, and remembered in our bones. Now, it rises again as something ancient returning through us!

What we as woman carry within our DNA runs deep and carries ancient wounds we have been carrying for our whakapapa. Woven through our nervous systems, our patterns, and our ways of relating to the world we live in. It is through the echoes of what has been endured, silenced, and lost across generations of colonial suffering.
But yet… within that same Mareikura lineage lives immense strength, wisdom, forgiveness and resilience for what has been and gone.
We are here to break these cycles wahine ma!
We are here to remember the gift that we are, and the power that we hold!
Within this temple, there is space to, feel deeply, express freely, to play, explore and embody the fullness of your sacred feminine essence.
You are supported in returning to your temple body and to be able to soften back into your heart and listen, trust what is already within you.
You are not broken, you are remembering and coming home to yourself and your power!

We weave together embodiment practices, emotional and nervous system healing, and sacred feminine wisdom to create spaces where women can feel safe to release, reconnect, and return to their natural rhythm.
The Sacred feminine within every woman knows the way home and this temple is here to walk alongside this remembering. To hold spaces that are grounded, where healing happens through connection, play, whakapapa and story telling.

Iv'e tried many different healing modalities but this experience felt deeply personal and intuitive. It wasnt just relaxation but it felt like deep re- alignment.
