Romiromi and Mirimiri are traditional Māori healing practices that work far beyond the physical body. This experience offers a space to release, restore, and realign, not just in your muscles, but within your whole being. Working with the haemata (pressure points) we release suppressed emotion and open the body to receive deeper clarity and healing. Through deep, intentional touch and movement, this bodywork helps to: Relieve Physical Tension Targeted pressure and intuitive techniques release tight muscles, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Restore Balance (Tinana & Wairua) The body and spirit are treated as one,supporting emotional release, grounding, and a return to inner calm. Reset the Nervous System Slow, deep tissue and rhythmic movements help shift the body out of stress and into a deeply relaxed, restorative state. Support Emotional Release Held tension isn’t just physical. This work creates space to let go of stored stress, heaviness, or overwhelm. Reconnect You to Yourself In a fast-paced world, this is time to pause, breathe, and return to your natural rhythm.

Policy & Terms – Temple of Hawaiki Holistic Services By booking or participating in any session, circle, workshop, course, or event, you agree to the following: 1. Scope of Services All offerings support relaxation, personal growth, and holistic wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. 2. Personal Responsibility & Health You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Please disclose any relevant conditions before your session. Temple of Hawaiki does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if needed. 3. Bookings & Payments Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment Prices are in NZD and subject to change Payment Terms: Workshops, courses & events: Full payment required 1:1 services (massage, sound healing): Deposit required 4. 1:1 Services – Deposits & Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable Remaining balance due before session 24 hours notice required to cancel (deposit forfeited if late) No-shows are charged in full One reschedule may be offered at facilitator’s discretion 5. Workshops, Courses & Events Full payment required to secure your place 50% refund if cancelled 5+ days prior No refunds within 5 days or for no-shows One transfer may be offered (subject to availability) 6. Changes by Temple of Hawaiki Sessions or events may be rescheduled or cancelled if necessary. You will be offered a full refund or transfer. 7. Confidentiality All personal information and shared experiences are kept confidential. Group participants must respect each other’s privacy. 8. Code of Conduct Respectful behaviour is required at all times. Disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in removal without refund. 9. Emotional & Energetic Awareness Sessions may involve emotional release or energetic shifts. You accept full responsibility for your experience. 10. Liability Waiver Temple of Hawaiki is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 11. Consent for Touch Consent will always be requested for any physical touch and can be withdrawn at any time. 12. Intellectual Property All content and materials remain the property of Temple of Hawaiki and may not be shared or reproduced without permission. 13.
